What about Technical Support?
With today's remote access software programs we can see your computer from our office.
Windows XP includes it's own remote assistance program as well. With these powerful
tools we can actually see your screen, work your mouse and run your computer (when you invite
us in, of course) all from our own computers here and right over the Internet. So as long
as you can make an online connection over the internet we can be right there to help. If you are unable to
connect to the internet then we will be available by phone to help you get online.
What if I need a full network?
You have several choices. You can order all your computers and server in the store and
we will put them all together for you or you can give us an overview of what you need and we
will custom configure your entire network based on your specific needs.
What about a lease?
Yes we lease! We have several packages from which to choose. You can include web
site design, hosting, ASP or database programming, software, hardware, onsite technical
support and just about everything in one low monthly lease price. Get the full network
you need today and budget the payments out over the life of the equipment. Our lease
programs make it easy.
